(1) In the case of employees who are appointed to the health service after the commencement of this Act, the provision according to the prevailing law regarding the contributory pension system shall apply.
(2) The provisions of Sections 46, 47, 48, 49 and 50 shall not apply in the case of employees to whom the contributory pension system is applicable as per sub-section (1). (3) For section 52 of the Legislature-Parliament Secretariat Act, 2064, the following section 52 shall be substituted:-
